I'm a memories guy. Very nostalgic. I think this is a prerequisite for being a photographer. But, it comes with a price. You have to hear the broken record of your wife's voice saying, "Put down the camera! Live in the moment!" while you desperately try to capture all of those special family moments you notice all the time. I couldn't agree with her more. Life shouldn't be lived through the lens of a camera, or the high res screen on your phone. We need to put those things away, look up at the world, and simply relish every precious moment of life that we can.
But what about the keepsake? The tangible memory?
Simple. Hire a photographer.
